ALEX

Hello everyone! My name is Oleksandr Pepik (Alex), and I'm a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. I'm happy to welcome you to our website. My goal is to help each of you unlock your potential and become stronger, both physically and mentally.

I have dedicated my entire life to sports. I was a professional swimmer for 10 years, after which I started a career as a dancer in styles like Hip-hop and break dance, with elements of acrobatics. A few years later, I opened my first children's dance school and also worked in China, Turkey, and Ukraine as a manager and dancer-choreographer. This experience helped me develop discipline, perseverance, and an unyielding will to win. Later, I began my career as a fitness instructor, completing my education and spending thousands of hours in practice, perfecting workouts that will give you the chance to love yourself and your body all over again! My strength is not just my ability to motivate and find an individual approach for everyone who is ready to work on themselves, but also my skill in combining the diverse experience I've gained to achieve great goals!

My training programs are based on the principle of comprehensive development. We don't just lift weights—we work on all aspects of your physical fitness. My workouts include:

 * Strength training: To build muscle mass and increase overall strength.

 * Functional exercises: To improve coordination, endurance, and flexibility.

 * Interval training: To boost your metabolism and effectively burn fat.

Each personal program is created with your specific goals, unique characteristics, and fitness level in mind. I monitor the technique of every exercise to ensure our sessions are not only effective but also safe. Ultimately, the goal is to give you a knowledge base for your own self-development without a trainer in the future!

My wish for everyone:

Remember that the path to strength begins not in the gym, but in your mind. The most important muscle to train is your spirit. Don't be afraid of challenges, be persistent, believe in yourself, and never give up. Be strong in spirit! Together, we can achieve incredible results. "A dream does not become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination, and hard work." I believe in working hard to achieve yours goals in all aspects of life.

My role as the manager of Sportlann Naomh Anna is both rewarding and challenging and my love for all things health & fitness gives me the motivation to work hard, the  determination to succeed and to sweat it out in my Les Mills Bodypump & RPM Classes each week. 

I choose to take on new challenges, new fitness programs & new fitness classes not because they are easy but because they are hard!

My philosophy when it comes to fitness is:
